Conlogic AG does not work on the basis of general consulting models. Our founder and President & CEO has more than 30 years of global executive management experience in the Airline, IT and Transport & Logistics industries.
As CEO he has successfully achieved complex turnarounds in various countries and he knows how important it is, that top management consultants can advice and support customer CEOs or executive leaders based on personal experience. We believe in the holistic leadership approach, harmonising and coordinating the overall strategic change process.

Chris E. Muntwyler, President & CEO Conlogic AG
Over 30 years in different executive management positions in the international travel, civil aviation, IT and transportation/logistics industries, Chris has gained special recognition for business transformation achievements and the effective management of high-profile corporate mergers and company integrations.
He spent more than 20 years in various top executive positions in Swissair, ranging from Management development, Aircraft Charter Services, Air Cargo Marketing, Passenger Marketing- & Sales Management to IT/CIO. Before leaving Swissair at the beginning of 1999, Chris was Vice President Global Distribution, responsible for the worldwide strategic and tactical distribution- and sales policy, pricing and revenue management, IT development and optimization of the aircraft fleet.
In 1999 he joined DHL Express as Managing Director Switzerland – his first of several successful turnaround achievements. In 2002 he was appointed Managing Director DHL Worldwide Express in Germany, with responsibility for business transformation in preparation for the merger with Deutsche Post Express where he also served as CEO. He became Chief Executive of DHL Express in Central Europe in late 2003, overseeing the merger and integration of DHL Express, Danzas and Deutsche Post as a single corporate entity.
In 2005 Chris was appointed Chief Executive of DHL Express (UK) Ltd., leading a large-scale business turnaround and corporate integration. During his 3 year leadership, DHL Express UK was named “Best Express Company” in two executive annual consumer polls.
While in the UK, he served on the Confederation of British Industry (CBI) President`s Committee.
Chris worked and lived during his professional career in Sweden, USA, Germany , the UK and Switzerland.
Based on his international experience as CEO and Chairman, his areas of special expertise in Management Consulting are effective and sustainable turnarounds, Strategy development and it`s successful execution, Leadership guidance and management change development, Customer- and process orientation. Chris Muntwyler undertook various post-graduate studies at IMD in Lausanne, Harvard, Wharton and Stanford universities in the USA.
He serves as a Board of Director at Panalpina World Transport (Holding) Ltd. in Basel (Switzerland), National Express Group PLC in London and the Österreichische Post AG in Vienna (Austria).
